Jennifer Brofer is a producer who served 10 years in the Marine Corps. In 2010, she deployed for a year to Afghanistan’s Helmand Province as the 1st MLG (Forward) Public Affairs Chief, coordinating news coverage of the unit’s forward deployed Marines and sailors. In January 2012, she was honorably discharged from the Marine Corps and went on to attend film school at The University of Texas at Austin, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Radio-Television-Film. Since then, she's produced such films as THE PASSAGE (2014), BECAUSE OF YOU (2018) and INTO LIGHT (2020). In 2014, she co-produced ANOTHER TIME, a feature starring Justin Hartley (This is Us), which premiered at the Newport Beach Film Festival. In 2023, she produced CHAIR FORCE REVENGE, a military comedy, featuring a cast of all military veterans. In 2025, she co-produced and co-starred in TO LIVE AND DIE IN KEY WEST, a 1980's-inspired comedy short that follows two Key West detectives as they investigate a drug cartel. 

 

When she's not making films, she volunteers with various non-profit organizations aimed at supporting military veterans. She is a member of The American Legion Post 43 and Veterans in Media and Entertainment (VME).
